Pete Langley is an expert in the application of integrated risk and value management at corporate and capital investment levels and within contract partnering arrangements. Pete’s experience comes from working for over 30 years in a major water and wastewater utility company in a variety of technical, managerial and investment roles. In the last 10 years Pete managed a £400m portfolio of projects, a £700m regulatory submission for investment funding and managed the development of risk and value techniques.

Pete holds a BSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Public Health Engineering as well as professional qualifications in risk management (APM), value management (IVM) and an NLP diploma.
