Kate Banbrook is a Learning and Development Consultant with over ten years experience of designing, delivering and evaluating Training Programmes for Global Blue Chip Organisations. Kate specialises in Project Management, Skills and Competency Management and Business Process Re-Engineering. Kate is commercially focused and always ensures that training will directly affect the bottom line through improved performance of employees, and engages the business to ensure that training projects gain management support to drive the desired behaviours.

Kate favours an interactive style of training employing accelerated learning techniques along with a variety of different training media and tools including instructor led training, workshops, facilitated meetings, e-learning, video and web conferencing sessions.

Kate holds a BA in Business Studies, she has a sound background in educational theory and practice having gained a PGCE as well as gaining her PMP accreditation.
