Jonathon joins the Lucidus team after a successful first career as Managing Director of companies associated with the design, manufacture and supply of musical instruments. As with many people, he has extensive project management experience but didn’t realise that was what he was doing in the past. As such he has a great empathy for those who are new to the formal language and practices of managed change.
