Ruth Murray-Webster “There is good in every one and every situation if you look hard enough”. This principle is central to my personal and professional life. I believe it is necessary to separate a person’s behaviour (what they do) from their personality (who they are). Behaviour is often unproductive or difficult to understand but skill, tenacity and an approach that is tough on the issue but respectful of the person usually finds a way through. |
