Lucidus Consulting recently designed and delivered a management development programme for our senior staff which universally met with approval. As part of this, their skilled use of the Spony Profiling Model (SPM) as part of this development programme allowed the delegates to gain an insight into their communication styles making the development programme directly relevant to each person. All delegates enjoyed the three day programme and have found something to work on even though several of them had been to “management training” courses in the past.
