Process design
Clients sometimes ask our advice about the design of a particular process or tool-set or indeed their whole project methodology. Our experience working across companies and sectors make us well placed to advise on how to establish a firm foundation for project and programme management practice. We also have experience of undertaking more general reviews of business processes and practices with an eye to recommending improvements that stand a great chance of being implemented. Our academic research puts us in an ideal place to carry out analysis that is rigourous and relevant using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. We are happy to undertake assignments of any size.
Regarding planned change in particular - we recognise that documented processes alone will not guarantee effective successful delivery of change - but they are required and our experience allows us to design procedures and methodologies that are both pragmatic and fit for purpose. We have worked with all of the major methods, tools, techniques used in the world of managed change and because of this we are able to recommend and cherry-pick from them to achieve “Best of all Worlds”. Your company could benefit from the breadth of the APM Body of Knowledge, the principles behind PRINCE2®, MSP™ and M_o_R™ and the logical road-map embodied in the PMBOK®. We have no allegiance to any of these and as a result what we develop for you would be what your business needs; without any prejudice or bias.
