Performance management

Very often, organisations are investing large sums of money in planned change with no way of measuring the return on that investment.  We offer a service to work with organisations to co-create frameworks covering 'what to measure' and 'how to measure it'.

We worked closely with a government funded e-library service to development a performance framework that looked at customer/user indicators as well as ones related to content and technology.  This was innovative in the industry and has extended more widely into other providers of 'digital library' services.

Through our partnership with the International Centre for Programme Management (ICPM) at Cranfield we have done ground-breaking work to help organisations measure the return on investment from risk management.  This work has extended out from a global IT provider to their public and private sector clients.

One of Ruth's earliest lessons in her ICI days in the 80s was that "you can't manage what you don't measure".  So much of managed change practice is seen as an art that is intangible.  Art we agree with, intangible we don't.
