Fred Murray-Webster
Fred is an ace trainer and specialises in helping people who are starting out in project management, or who are experienced managers encountering the formal discipline for the first time. Fred's background in adventurous training and conflict management in the Armed Forces and Police provides us with expertise in dealing with complex and difficult situations at both physical and emotional levels. He leads our team with the Essential series of learning events.
Jonathon Webster
Jonathon is our part-time business manager and combines this role with his own business providing quality management expertise to small and medium sized companies. Jonathon has a long experience of running companies and his specialist subject is customer service. Give him a call to find out.

Lisa Talifero
Lisa is the best project manager we know. She effortlessly and skilfully combines the 'hard' and human skills and has a fantastic track record of achieving results. She is also a wonderful facilitator and trainer and helps us out on a whole range of consulting and management development assignments.
Jane Parslow
Jane Parslow is a qualified coach and NLP practitioner as well as being a great facilitator and trainer across the range of programme annd project management related topics. Jane is a key member of our delivery team on our Excellence series of masterclasses.
Susan Grobler
Susan joins us following a long career in IT project management as part of a global leader in South Africa. She is a qualified coach, working virtually as well as face to face and is a key member of our delivery team on our Excellence series of masterclasses.
Graham Williams
Graham's background in programme management in Financial Services has equipped him perfectly for his work developing people and processes to support managed change. Graham has a great training style and is our expert in OGC standards including Managing Successful Programmes, PRINCE2, M_o_R and P3M.
Pete Langley
We got to know Pete as our client when he was Risk and Value Manager for Yorkshire Water. Since leaving them he supports us with risk management related consultancy and training as well as more general project management development. He combines huge experience in business with a great style in the classroom and with clients.
Kate Boothroyd
Kate is a risk management expert and has particular skills helping people develop competence and confidence in making risk management work for their organisation. A former Director of a major construction firm, Kate has great experience of working at all levels in an organisation in a way that makes people feel valued.
Ian Simpson
Ian is a hugely experienced general management consultant who has worked in a wide range of sectors for over thirty years. His ability to wrestle a problem and arrive at a pragmatic solution is legendary.
Vic Stenning
Vic has a depth of knowledge and expertise in IS/IT, acquired as a practitioner, consultant and academic. He supports organisations in realising their business change, in a project or interim management role, through the entire change cycle from initial concept to the harvesting of benefits. He is also an experienced and talented business analyst.
Roger Niven
Roger is a charismatic facilitator and coach specialising in the leadership challenges presented by complex projects and organisational change. He assists individuals and teams to develop their leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, usually through metaphors, stories and imagery.
Jane Trinder
Jane has significant experience as a practicing Project, Programme Manager and Change Leader, and more recently as a consultant and an accredited coach. Her PhD research brought together the areas of change, leadership, adult development and employee engagement, and identified the perspectives and capabilities that help and hinder leaders seeking to lead change.
John Slater
John is a practising programme manager and a real thinker on how to build organisational cultures where managed change practices can thrive. He's often busy on a real job, but supports us from time to time with organisational level interventions.
Ranjit Sidhu
Ranjit is a talented trainer, facilitator, and project management consultant. She is an accredited trainer for the Change Management Practitioner qualification; a PRINCE2® and Agile Project Management accredited trainer; a coach and certified trainer of NLP; and an Assessor for the APM Practitioner.
