Excellence series of master classes
We offer a range of in-house master classes for experienced practitioners designed to extend their competence and enhance their performance. These classes are tailored to the organisation’s context and challenges, through customised modules, and bespoke case studies, scenarios and exercises.
The classes cover a broad range of techniques and practices underpinning the successful delivery of valued outcomes through Projects and Programmes. The design of our classes and our facilitation are informed by research into project and programme management competence described in Sergio Pellegrinelli’s book: Thinking and Acting as Great Programme Manager, (Palgrave Macmillan, 2008).
Classes are intensive and are designed to work with all learning styles. We place a particular emphasis on learning through business simulations, feedback and reflection as well as more traditional inputs, facilitated discussions and short exercises.
Specific classes are also available focused on single themes, including; Delivering Strategic Benefits; Stakeholder Engagement and Governance; Dealing with Uncertainty and Risk; Organisational Change; Partnering and Collaboration; Commercial Management.
